Samenvatting
The feasibility of application of new technologies such as the tracked air cushion vehicle and the improvement of existing systems of the magnitude of the Chicago Transit Authority needs to be researched. The need for political involvement and public awareness in helping to fund requirements of transit research and development is emphasized.
