A method is put forward to determine Burger's parameters by dynamic modulus test. A procedure is suggested to apply Burger's model to the analysis of the fatigue process of bituminous mixtures and overlays. A fatigue and stress function is obtained. A fatigue failure criterion based on the dissipated energy density is proposed. (A)
