This report is the second in a series of three reports concerned with identifying and evaluating potential applications of current technology to improve the process of motor vehicle accident investigation, especially in the determination of causation. The defined at-scene task areas of each investigation level were studied and a recommended program to evaluate potential applications of technology was described in the first interim report. The second report described the results of this program; selected exploratory tasks included. Preservation of the At-Accident State of Physical Evidence Interrogation of Accident Participants.
