Samenvatting

Several aspects of safetys performance evaluation are described. the specification of performance requirements for a research safety vehicle will be developed from a thorought systems analysis that determines the tradeoffs in system features, looking toward the greatest safety pay off, given practical constraints on size, weight, carrying capacity, and probable cost.
