This report is in 3 parts. Part 1 contains: resolution no 34 amending resolution no 26 concerning the multilateral quota for international transport of goods by road; resolution no 35 amending resolution no 16 concerning the regulations governing international transport by road and the liberalisation of certain types of such transport; resolution no 36 concerning the activities of the european conference of ministers of transport; resolution no 37 concerning combined transport; resolution no 38 on transport for handicapped persons; resolution no 37 on driver training; resolution no 38 concerning seat belts. Part 2 presents the conclusions on road traffic rules and road signs and signals adopted by the ministers and a report on matters concerning road traffic, signs and signals. Part 3 comprises the reports approved by the council of ministers: report and conclusions on road traffic flows during the summer months in ECMT member countries and report on recent trends concerning road accidents and breakdown of casualties - year 1977. A note for information is included on changes in official time (summer time) in member countries in 1979.
