Resolutions of the Council of Ministers of Transport ECMT concerning the organisation and improvement of freight transport in transit; the subsidization of urban public transport; the road safety of children and young people; measures required for the improvement of road traffic at night are presented in Part I. Conclusions on road traffic rules and road signs and signals adapted by the ECMT, and the report on matters concerning traffic, signs and signals are presented in Part II.
