Samenvatting
Discussion of accident frequencies and skidding resistance and influence of road lay-out on accident frequency on wet roads. It is shown that the proportion of skidding accidents is about twice as great when roads are wet. A high proportion of accidents in wet weather is attributed to bad tyres.
