Samenvatting
The Highway Safety Foundation will achieve its objective through the following activities: RESEARCH- To seek, discover and assess the causes of and feasible countermeasures for traffic accident occurrence and resulting severity. EDUCATION- To make known and understood the findings of research, not just through academic publications but by presenting the findings to involved individuals, industries and government. IMPLEMENTATION- To put the results of research and education into practice. EVALUATION- To measure the effects of safety activities in order to detect improvement and-or need for further modification.
