Samenvatting
The emphasis in this review is on the methodology of in-depths studies, and findings as well as conclusions are mentioned. An attempt has been made to select for review publications that accurately reflect the nature of the work. The major recommendations for future work in this field are that in-depth study of rural accidents, and a number of controlled studies of specific accident aspects, should be initiated as so on as practicable.
