Samenvatting

Different vehicle parameters, along with some vehicle design changes, are tabulated and examined in an attempt to deter- mine their effects on the dummy responses. Three of the major vehicle attributes that affect the safety of restrained occupants in frontal crashes are the performances of the safety belts, steering assembly and frontal structure.
