This report gives a review of existing and potential new activities at SWOV aimed at modelling time-series of road casualties (deaths and injuries) and casualty accidents. The review covers the following areas: macroscopic models of traffic and traffic safety, explanatory models of road casualty trends and recommendations for futher work by SWOV. (A)
