Samenvatting
The authors report from a case study of five organizations having startedto use RFID technology. Using a 3x3 framework the authors plot the trajectory of their projects and discuss their current state and progress. The author's conclusion is that no organization has yet been able to transformate their operations and the authors suggest that a willingness to re-thinkmust accompany introduction of RFID for organizations to really unlock the potential of the technology.
