Samenvatting
A study is made (1) to those days and points of time on which most traffic accidents occur from which the drivers are under the influence of alcohol; (2) to those places were such offenders use their alcoholic beverages; and (3) where their dwelling places are. It is concluded that control and surveillance activities must be concentrated on roads from the town centre to the other parts of the city.
