Samenvatting
In the Netherlands experience is obtained with alternative penalties and sanctions for DWI offenders. One of them is a course aimed at DWI offenders with a high blood alcohol content. For offenders with a relative low b.a.c. now a new course is composed. Emphasis is given to publicity, information, education, modification of behaviour and attitude, influencing mentality and knowledge transfer.
