Samenvatting

It is demonstrated that there are three major models which claim to be generally applicable for a wide range of traffic situations and are sufficiently specific to be considered as psychological process models. The models are by Naahanen and Summala, Wilde and Fuller. Close examination of these models revealed that the degree of specification of these models leave much to be desired. Therefore a new model was developed. On the hand of an example the model is described.
