Samenvatting
This publication presents an annual statistical summary of fatal road crashes and road deaths in Australia. This issue presents fatal crash data for 2006 and makes comparisons with 2005 and 2001. The data derive primarily from a fatal crash database compiled each month by the Australian Transport Safety Bureau using fatal crash unit record data forwarded from police and transport authorities in each State and Territory.
