The U.K. Department for International Development (DFID) and the U.K.'s Transport Research Laboratory (TRL) have released a road planning for development CD that covers road safety, transport planning and economics, and urban transport in developing countries. The CD contains the TRL Overseas Road Notes, the 2nd Edition of the International Road Maintenance Handbooks, and the Cost and Safety Efficient Design Notes. (Author/publisher)
