Road safety, first and foremost a matter of responsibility : introductory reports and summary of the discussion, international seminar, Hamburg, 1st-3rd June 1988.

This international seminar discusses what prompts people to behave as they do on the roads, and presents current legislative, traffic surveillance and training methods used to improve such behaviour. New methods that could be used to improve driving behaviour and thereby reduce traffic accidents are also presented and discussed.
