Samenvatting
This 20th Issue of the Israel Road Safety Quarterly Review has been published for the participants of the 3rd Israel International Conference on Safety and The Environment. The issue gives an overview on how Israel is dealing with the problem of safety on its roads. Each chapter attempts to single out highlights in respect to historical facts and accomplishments, on the one hand; current problems, anticipated problems, and the work programs associated with their solutions, on the other hand.
