Samenvatting
Traffic Conflict Technique concerns the occurrence of evasive manoeuvres. The characteristics of these manoeuvres can be put in databases combined with knowledge bases on the same way as the characteristics of accidents. This paper reports on the development of a Road safety management expert system (ROSAMES). The mentioned decision support system is principally planned to process road accident criteria, but it can also handle behavioural /interactional pre- accident criteria.
