Samenvatting
This publication presents information concerning road traffic accident statistics in South Korea. The publication consists of three chapters. In chapter I statistics including trends are given for road traffic situation. In chapter II, trends of traffic accidents, detailed statistical information is presented for: traffic accidents and casualties, and fatal accidents. In chapter III, traffic accidents and casualties in 2000, detailed statistical information is provided for: traffic accidents and casualties, fatal accidents, casualties, and traffic accidents and casualties on national expressways.
