Samenvatting
The role of road traffic law is one of the factors that influence road user behaviour. Measures that simplify that law should be investigated. After an introduction, the report discusses the general offences of bad driving, generally available penalties, road traffic penalties, driving licensing offences, traffic sign offences and construction and use offences. Conclusions are drawn and recommendations are presented.
