Samenvatting
Some additional viewpoints on the paper "Road user visibility and conspicuity" by Rumar (see PB) are given. Firstly the status of visibility problems in the driving task is commented, secondly the definition of the loosely operationalized term conspicuity, and thirdly the visual selection as influenced by cognitive processes.
