Samenvatting
The logical process, that governs the analysis of profitability of "urban transport" in developing countries was examined closely, overturning, the "concept of restraint", and the relevance of the objective. In transportation terms the concept of restraint is seen as the produced quantity of the service, while the objective coincides with the minimization of the cost the service.
