The "Roads to Prosperity" symposium was organized by RTAC with the support of the Ontario Good Roads Association, Association Quebecoise des Transports et des Routes, and the Atlantic Provinces Transportation Commission. The purpose of the meeting was to review the status and issues associated with roadway infrastructure in Central and Eastern Canada.
