A new software product for location information services is introduced. These services have some problems as to cost, development and so on. A proposal to solve these problems is described. The main idea is connecting plural maps by route network data. Each map is not restricted within a certain scale or format. This idea, is embodied in the software "ROUTEBUILDER". It can easily generate barrier-free route and connections between any types of maps. Moreover, by cooperating with other products, real door-to-door navigation was achieved in a trial.
