Safer two wheelers and helmets.

The objectives of this paper are: a) to explain why helmets are the signle most effective safety devices for two wheeler riders; b) to show the unviability of myths promoted by anti helmet groups; and c) to explain the importance of conspicuity of small vehicles. (A)
