Samenvatting
In this thesis a review is made of the road transport act and road transport regulations, and the development of the tort in general. The theory of the "reasonable accountability" takes a midway position between the risk idea and reproachibility, recommended by the author. The traffic law should be no specific kind of law. Some indications are given for a modernisation of the present road transport act.
