Samenvatting
A study is made to the practice for the settlement of damages after a traffic accident at three major insurance companies in the Netherlands. In most cases the prejudiced party have more profit with a passive and restrictive policy of the companies, and their indemnities are higher. A quantitative and especially a qualitative improvement of the juridical assistance are advised.
