Samenvatting
The purpose of this investigation was to develop a comprehensive traffic signal and flasher maintenance program that was both economical and practical for typical for a typical maintenance district in state highway department. All phases of the emergency and preventive maintenance operations were analysed to determine the best maintenance program.
