Samenvatting
In this article the author tries to prove that the new law on the alcohol test of the blood (1974), has so many exceptions that it is equally unfair as the situation used to be before. The alcohol contents of the organs is more important than that of the blood, so that "chemistry as proof" as the article is called, is not always fair.
