The third Note on physical planning in the Netherlands will be published in different parts. The first part, the "Orienteringsnota" is now edited and contains the general problems. In this book the thinking on physical planning in the past is summarized, faults made are outlined and the gap between dreams and reality between the human society is pointed out.
