Samenvatting
The authors developed a standardised survey technique for the inventory of routes children use when going to school. Results can be used for input in traffic circulation plans, but also for the improvement of black spots in existing networks. Comparison of modal splits of schoolchildren in comparable situations my indicate the existence of unsafe situations in the traffic system.
