Samenvatting
This report contains results from the 12th survey that has been conducted by the Newfoundland and Labrador Department of Transportation over a period of two years. The emphasis is placed on the provincial wearing rate. This survey's provincial wearing rate was 75.3% which was up (increased) from a previous survey where the provincial wearing rate was 73.9%. The possible reason for the upward trend of the percentage can be attributed to the enforcement agencies.
