Samenvatting
There has been in the last years appreciable improvement in the safety of snowmobiles but never to an extent where they could be considered safe for use on public roads which carry other vehicle traffic. Therefore caution in the operation of snowmobiles can result in a safe winter recreation, but their limitations should be recognized and allowed for.
