Samenvatting
The 2005 series of the Transportation Research Record: Journal of the Transportation Research Board consists of approximately 770 papers selected from 2,600 submissions after rigorous peer review. The peer review for each paper published in this volume was coordinated by the sponsoring committee acknowledged at the end of the text; members of the sponsoring committees for the papers in this volume are listed on page II. Many of these papers were presented at the 84th Annual Meeting of the Transportation Research Board in January 2005.
