This bibliography was prepared for the four Highway capacity Seminars held during the latter part of July 1966 in San Diego Los Angeles, Sacramento, and San Francisco. These Seminars were presented by the Institute of Transportation and Traffic Engineering, University of California and University of California Extension, in cooperation with the California Division of Highways, the Automotive Safety foundation, and the Western Section, Institute of Traffic Engineers, with the support of the Highway Capacity Committee of the Highway Research Board. The compilation has been done by Michael Kleiber, a graduate student in the University of California School of Librarianship, and Mrs Karen Chase, Assistant of Miss Beverly Hickok, Librarian, and Professor Adolf D. May Jr., Associate Professor of Civil Engineering, both of the Institute of Transportation and Traffic Engineering Staff.
