Samenvatting
There are very heavy traffic flows between France, Germany, Italy and Spain, particularly during the summer and winter holidays. To manage these flows in a sustainable way, the SERTI (South European Road Telematics Implementation) partners will jointly develop traffic management and user information services in southern Europe using Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS). The countries co-operating in this project are Spain, Italy, Germany and France.
