Samenvatting
Antidepressants are widely used in the treatment of mooddisturbances in ambulatory patients. The drugs' action is of particular importance for ambulant patients performing such critical tasks as automobile driving during treatment. In this study the acute effect of amitriptyline, mianserin, doxepin and oxaprotiline on certain aspects of real driving performance in normal highway traffic, is investigated.
