Samenvatting
Analysis of accidents at bus and trams stops show that 38% of pedestrian accidents in the neighbourhood of tram stops are related to public transport. The accident rate at bus stops is smaller. A literature review was made, interviews were hold, and a catalogue of specifications and recommendations is presented to improve the safety at bus and tram stops.
