Samenvatting
As the motorways and main roads in use in Switzerland get older, they require more and more maintenance work. Such maintenance work on motorways and main roads with heavy traffic often de causes delays and accidents. Accident analyses and accident rates at road works are described, and measures which may improve traffic safety in these areas are discussed.
