Samenvatting

In this model different compositions of curvature elements, including asymmetrical configurations, are permissible, simulated driving speeds in curves depend both on vehicle characteristics and on the direction of flow, as well as on potential restrictions in visibility.Climbing and descent sections can be simulated. From the results of micro simulation, macroscopic traffic flow characteristics for specified types of road may be worked out.
