Samenvatting
A simulation model for traffic and traffic controllers in an arbitrary network is described. The simulation method used is based on a so called discrete timescale model, which means that all state-variables are discrete functions of time. A description is given of the simulation method used and the system model. the qualities of the realised computer program are given.
