Simulator applications to determine effects of disturbances on automobile driving characteristics.

An empirical analysis of the driving characteristics of the man-automobile system, using control theory concepts is discussed; main specifications of a dynamic simulator are outlined; research objectives for the future are set forth and as an example the findings of a basic experiment involving a static simulator are given.
