Samenvatting
This paper presents a simulation model that enables study of charter passenger effects on air terminal facilities, as well as the estimation of the level of service offered. Some features of the model can easily be implemented by use of spreadsheets. The paper concludes with a critical assessment of the results that arose in the master plan of 2 Greek airports where the simulation model was implemented.
