Samenvatting
A study was carried out in which the problems in connection with the installation of rearward facing child seats were investigated. The study consisted of a questionnaire sent to 2000 parents and an experiment in which 21 parents attempted to install different types of approved seats. It was shown that none of the installation-instructions of the industries were completely satisfactory; a suggestion for drawing up the instructions is therefore presented.
