Samenvatting
The aim of this project in a residential area in Rotterdam is to bring about, by way of alterations in and of environmental factors, a change of mentality in the behaviour of road users in general and drivers in particular, in order to improve the living conditions in residential districts. The research is aimed at four aspect, viz: number of motorized traffic, number of conflicts between various groups of road users, nature of these conflicts, and speed of motorized traffic. The collected data are presented and analyzed.
