On highways outside built-up areas speed limits are in force. For motorways and freeways 100 km/h and on other roads 80 km/h. Measurements were done with the following results: all drivers drove faster than 45 km/h, 50% faster than 87 km/h and 23% faster than 100 km/h. The limit of 80 km/h for lorries has no effect of all.
