Snowmobile accidents: area view of injuries sustained in the use of snowmobiles in northern New England during the 1968-69 season

Snowmobiling has widespread popularity and is rapidly growing but dangerous sport, which has resulted in many tragic accident. Injuries closely resemble those observed in motorcycle accidents, except that they may complicated by exposure to severe cold and by inaccessibility.
