Snowmobile accidents (fatal accidents and fatalities), Canada, Winter of 1971-1972.

Fatal accidents and fatalities which resulted from the practice of the sport of snowmobiling in Canada during the winter of 1971-72 are reported. The object of this report is to outline in the simplest way possible the major hazard areas and to alert snowmobilers and authorities to the circumstances which led to the fatal accidents.
